MUSIC, FOOD, and RETAIL
The Northside Jazz & Heritage Festival is building a curated marketplace that reflects the quality, culture, and creativity of our community. We're seeking food vendors, artisans, retail businesses, organizations, and creators who want to be part of this historic first year. We're expecting 2,000+ attendees on the riverfront — from the North Side, across the Twin Cities, and beyond. This is a chance to share your work with a community that's been waiting for a celebration like this for a long time. This is an application-based opportunity. We're being intentional about the vendor experience we're building, and we welcome businesses and creators who bring quality, professionalism, and pride to what they do.
VENDOR CATEGORIES
• Food Vendors (table) — licensed food businesses
• Food Trucks — limited to 5–6 anchor trucks
• Retail & Goods — clothing, products, beauty, wellness
• Arts & Crafts — visual artists, makers, creators
• Youth Vendors — entrepreneurs under 18
• Community & Information Booths — nonprofits, organizations
• Political / Candidate Booths — limited; curated
VENDOR PRICING
Pricing varies by category and North Side residency, ranging from $30 (youth) to $300 (food trucks). Full pricing is shown in the application.
HOW TO APPLY
1. Submit your application by 11:59pm on Tuesday July 14th
2. Applications reviewed by the festival co-founders.
3. Accepted vendors notified by July 15 and sent a payment link.
4. Payment due by July 20th to confirm your spot.

Become a volunteer
We're building a volunteer team of 20+ to help bring the festival to life on July 26. Volunteers receive a festival t-shirt, meals, a stipend, and the chance to be part of something the Northside will remember. Roles include setup and breakdown, family zone, vendor support, hospitality, and information booth. Email team@northsidejazzfestival.com to let us know where you’re interested in helping out.
